All items sold at Buttons & Rins are pre-order items and are ordered in batches.
All pre-ordered goods are expected to come within 2-3 weeks, except for wigs and contact lens which MAY reach up to 1 month.
If an item is out of stock, we will contact the buyer as soon as possible for cancellation or replacement of order.

Electronics:

There is a 1 month warranty issued if the electronics is defected. Receipts must be presented for warranty to take effect.
All electronics will be checked for defects before contacting the buyer.
Some items may be IN STOCK. Items with IN STOCK means it is readily available and once you place order for it, you can arrange a meeting with us immediately. :)

Wigs:

Not all of the wigs we sell are put up on the site, so some links may have zero wigs inside. What we don't have up on our site doesn't mean we don't have it. Please do not panic, contact the respective seller on msn and she will give you the picture of the wig you want. :)
Wigs and contact lens sold are not refundable and exchangable.
All wigs are made of 100% high kanekalon fibres so they're very good quality.
Please be aware that for the wigs and contact lens, what you see is what you get! The colors may slightly differ due to monitor lightings and sometimes may be bit longer than the original.
We do not cut wigs or style one for you.
All wigs are free size and should fit every head size available.
Wigs which are styled will need to be restyled a bit again because it may get flattened during shipping.
Buyers should stop wearing them if they caused any discomforts like headaches. We're not responsible for any health issues caused.

Contact Lens:

Please check whether the contact lens are suitable for you before buying them. We're not responsible for any problems caused!
All lenses are of a 1 year disposal and imported from Korea.
The power for left and right eyes can be different.
We reserved the right to postpone the order date if we do not meet the minimum requirement for the supplier.
We are not responsible for any eye problems contracted when wearing these lens. Buy at your own risk.
We're also not responsible for any discomforts caused when wearing these lens. Buy at your own risk.
All buyers should stop wearing them if it cost any slight discomforts.
